Yulia, thank you so much for finding our home! I couldn't even have dreamed of an apartment with a view like this! Honestly, I would have never taken the leap to sell our old place and look for a new one if I hadn't known you.

Our past experience showed that you approach your work with incredible responsibility, passion, and genuine interest. But to make this current dream apartment a reality, you truly went above and beyond—it was simply unreal. I'm just waiting for us to get a bit more settled in to record a video review. Every day I wake up, look out the window, and feel inspired to go out and make the world a better place.

As it turns out, the apartment has two completely different vibes. There's the living room overlooking the city and the sea, where you can really feel the vibrant, bustling energy of Barcelona. And then there's the bedroom with a second terrace, which is pure peace and quiet—the birds are singing, and you can completely disconnect from all your worries. I never thought something like this was even possible within our budget

Yulia is a true professional who knows how to listen and truly understand her clients' needs!
Right at the beginning, she told us she would "be on our side in any situation," and she absolutely was.

She answered all our questions quickly and clearly, and provided prompt assistance whenever needed. The transactions went exactly on schedule, with the necessary experts brought in at just the right time.

Calling Yulia and her team just "realtors" would be a massive understatement. Yulia gave us incredibly detailed guidance on potential areas to live. She broke down every region we considered in great detail, almost block by block, perfectly aligning them with our family's specific needs.
She started property viewings without us, sending over excellent video tours. I never waited for new episodes of Sherlock as eagerly as I waited for the videos from Yulia's viewings! :) Then she dove headfirst into the saga of figuring out HOW to buy and preparing the paperwork (for obvious reasons, doing this in 2024 is a super challenge!!!).

In June, we arrived to see in person WHAT to buy. Because Yulia had already weeded out a ton of options proposed by other agencies, she saved us a massive amount of time and gave us the opportunity to focus only on highly targeted properties. She accompanied us everywhere and provided very solid, well-reasoned arguments for any of her thoughts. When we faced the seemingly unsolvable problem of our documents being stolen, Yulia tackled it as if it were her own problem.

After we left, Yulia attended meetings with the homeowner, advocating for our interests everywhere better than I could have done myself. She organized consultations with builders regarding structural issues, etc. In the end, all the difficulties were resolved, and we unexpectedly ended up with a house in our dream location.

But that's not all. The after-sales support has been immense, and to be honest, it is still ongoing (it's been almost half a year since we moved here).
