How we write

Eurobelka blog articles are published under the name of Yulia Noskova, the agency's founder. She has lived in Spain for 15 years and has worked in real estate for 14 of them.

How an article is made

An AI writes the draft: from Yulia's post or a client's question, from official sources, and with an eye on what has already been written on the topic online. Experience — cases from work and conclusions — comes from Yulia only. There are no borrowed stories or invented clients in our articles, and we never name clients.

Where the numbers come from

Taxes, laws and rates come from official sources: BOE, Banco de España, Registradores, INE, Generalitat de Catalunya. Links to them are at the end of every article. Every number is checked against its source. When the check passes, the article shows "Checked against official sources" and the date under its title.

Who approves it

Before publication every article is read and approved by the Eurobelka editorial team.

How we keep it up to date

Rates and taxes carry their year. When they change, we update the article and its date.

This is not advice

An article explains how things usually work. Your own case is best discussed with us or with a lawyer.
