Agent registration and supervision
Yulia Noskova is registered with the Catalan Register of Real Estate Agents (Registre d'Agents Immobiliaris de Catalunya) under number AICAT 13831. In Catalonia, no one may work as a real estate agent without being on this register. The register is kept by the Catalan Housing Agency (Agència de l'Habitatge de Catalunya, Generalitat de Catalunya).
You can check the registration with the official register search tool: choose “Per identificador” and enter 13831.
Yulia is a member of the Asociación de Peritos Judiciales Inmobiliarios (an association of real estate expert witnesses), membership No. 2932.
Guarantee and insurance
To be registered, an agent must have professional liability insurance and a guarantee covering the money they receive from clients. Yulia has both. The name of the insurance company and the policy number are available on request: write to info@eurobelka.com.

Prices
Prices for our services on this site do not include VAT (IVA): 21% VAT is added on top. That’s why we write them as “€N + VAT”.
